Data controller


The data controller is the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland (Varha, PL 52, 20521 Turku, Finland, VAT ID 3221065-1)) whose Data Protection Officer can be reached via email at tietosuoja(at)varha.fi.

Auria Clinical Informatics’ (hereinafter ”ACI”) responsible person for data protection is Head of ACI, Arho Virkki (arho.virkki(at)varha.fi).


Purpose and Legal Bases of Processing


We process personal data to be able to respond to the contact requests we receive through our website https://www.auria.fi/tietopalvelu/en/index.html.

This processing is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, sub-paragraph 1 point (a): the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. The consent is formed when the person submits the contact form with personal data.

We collect personal data in connection to the use of the contact form on the website of ACI. We collect the following information of the contact form user:

  • Phonenumber
  • Represented organisation
  • Other non-pre-defined personal information which the user potentially enters into the message field

The personal data is not given outside of Varha.


Storage of Personal Data


We will store personal data as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they have been collected.
